We would prefer to park the van in a driveway or safe place away from traffic. A space about 7m by 3m is ideal. If parking on private land is not possible, and we can legally park on the road safely, then we might require your help to marshall young children. It is your responsibility to check the parking arrangements prior to booking.

In the unlikely event that power is not available, we can provide a generator (please let us know in advance). Internet connections are not necessarily required. We do provide a long CAT5 cable if you do have wired internet.

Yes we can cater for a range of disabilies including wheelchair users. Seats can be removed creating more floor space and a ramp is provided. Let us know if you are expecting any disabled guests and we can optimise the experience for them and everyone else.

The van will accommodate up to 9 players. We can provide a 3m sq marquee where we can run 2 more systems including Roomscale VR. Of course guests can take it in turns, if numbers are higher.

Yes, we can supply Rock Up Gaming invites, blank or pre-filled, ready to print or email.

We think so. All the van surfaces are soft or have no sharp edges, with a non-slip floor. The equipment is regularly checked, cleaned, and has passed a PAT electrical safety test. Staff are DBS checked and we are fully insured. A risk assessment and method statement tailored to your event can be supplied on request.
COVID 19:  We adhere to the government's safety guidelines at the time of your event. It might be necessary to reduce the van capacity. Hand sanitisers are provided. All the equipment is sanitised before each session. Staff wear face masks and gloves.

Rock Up Gaming is a brand run by Digital Design and Media Ltd est. 2007. Other brands include Reality 3D, VR services and AV Hire Bournemouth, audio visual equipment hire. DDM is an events company that supplies technology for all types of live events.
